1. Tell Me About You!
Please add your favorite color(s), style, hobbies, whether you're a cat or dog person, your likes and dislikes — anything you want me to know about you. Because this bundle is about YOU. The more information you share, the better I can create a fun and fabulous Mystery Bundle just for you. Add your notes at checkout!
2. The Notes Section Is Key
The checkout notes section is the only place I can guarantee I will see your notes before fulfilling your order. You're welcome to message or email me, but I cannot guarantee I'll see it in time. This policy helps me keep moving and get your order out to you!
3. Damaged Items
Email me within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the damaged item, and I will work out the best solution for you.
4. All Sales Are Final on Mystery Bundles
Mystery Bundles are non-refundable. The most exciting part of your purchase is the surprise! I will do my absolute best to honor your favorite color, but may need to substitute an item based on stock — and that's all part of the fun.
5. Processing & Shipping Times
I ship on Saturdays only. Orders placed Thursday through Wednesday will ship the following Saturday.
6. Videos
At this time, I am making a personal boxing video for every order — because the excitement should last beyond the box! I do not charge an extra fee for videos at this time, though this may change without notice.
7. Product List
Please visit the home page (if you want a sneak peak) to view my current product list. I am continually adding and removing products, and your bundle will be filled with items from this list.
